Ambon Jazz Plus Festival is one of Voorale Multimedia Corporation (VMC) few projects created to enhance the development of Maluku, especially in the area of promoting creative industry as part of the Tourism industry which Maluku already has.The idea was brought up in late 2008 to several individuals in the entertainment industry in Jakarta.
The Tourism industry in Maluku needs all the supports we can give. VMC realized that something must be done to assist the industry; and the year 2009 has to be the come back year for Maluku, particularly the capitol city, Ambon……
In 2010 wordt het 2e Ambon Jazz Festival samen gehouden met Sail Banda 2010. Sail Banda 2010 (dus ook de 2e Ambon Jazz Festival) is gepland vanaf 24 juli tot half augustus 2010. Momenteel zijn er nog weinig informaties hierover….
